If you want to become a seller, you must sign up for a store.

We are a family site. Images or content which is adult and/or sexual in nature and/or inappropriate for people under 18 are not allowed . You must not list items that are considered to be indecent by Federal and State laws and/or illegal to sell in the United States. This will be strictly enforced.

1. Any controlled prescription drugs, both herbal or chemical, may not be listed.

2. Any illegal animal/wildlife products or internal organs including human parts & remains may not be sold. Live animals may not be sold.

3. Brand name items sold on thepeddlersmall.com must be accompanied by proof of authenticity. Such proof of authenticity must be clearly stated in the listing description. Listings that are suspect of perpetrating fraud will be removed without notice.

4. Video movies/games must be original and NOT copies.

These Listing Terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of the United States of America.
